About Stanton Manor Hotel

Located on the edge of the Cotswolds, The Stanton Manor is the perfect country house hotel for your special day.

Listed in the Domesday Book and steeped in history, the hotel was once owned by Elizabeth I’s Lord High Treasurer, Lord Burghley. It was rebuilt in 1840 but still features the original fireplace in the galleried hall. Our location means we are close to the major towns and cities of Chippenham, Bath, Bristol and Swindon.

Weddings at The Stanton Manor make use of our permanent marquee, outdoor ceremony area and idyllic garden setting. The Woodlands Room can accommodate up to 90 guests for a ceremony or if your prefer an outdoor affair, we have a fully licensed area in our cherry orchard. Food is important at Stanton Manor, our Chef’s use local ingredients to create a delicious wedding breakfast, there is not a hint of boring wedding food in sight!

The wedding breakfast is served in our fully heated marquee giving you and your guests direct access to the extensive grounds. Stanton Manor has 23 beautiful bedrooms, picturesque grounds and attentive staff, who will ensure your day is a wonderful celebration with memories to treasure.

The fabulous wedding team endeavour to fulfil all your wedding requirements; you could even make a spectacular entrance via their helicopter pad!
