We deliver high-quality mobile bar hire services across the Cotswolds and nationwide. Based in the Cotswolds, we specialise in serving creative drinks for events including mobile bars for weddings, festivals, corporate and private events.
What’s included when you hire from us?
• A choice of bars; from our van Gumpy, our Vintage winebox bar or one of our LED bars (all pictured)
• Fully trained cocktail and bar staff
• All mobile bar equipment required
• All eco-friendly plastic glassware great for festivals, fields and barns (glassware for table service and toasts can be provided and additional glassware sourced if required)
• All stock for the event including consumables such as ice.
How much does the mobile bar hire cost?
We can offer a variety of options. The most popular being the FREE mobile bar hire service.
For this booking we require a RETURNABLE deposit of £150 to secure the date and all bar bookings are subject to a minimum spend.
Other bar hire options are available that have reduced minimum spends but do have an initial hire charge instead of deposit. We’re always happy to chat through these options with you. We can also take card payments on site.
Hire us for your event
It’s important that your event runs smoothly and our aim is to ensure this happens. When you hire us, you hire us for the whole day. This means we’re on hand all day and can arrive at a time that suits you.
